Project Expeditor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across internal departments, customers, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for technical discussions, clarifications, and follow-up actions.
• Manage the handover of project spares, including proper documentation, tracking, and customer acknowledgment.
• Collect and consolidate project inputs for new tenders, including technical details and execution constraints.
• Provide emergency support coordination for urgent project or service requirements and manage escalations.
• Plan and coordinate Long-Term Service Agreement activities, including maintenance schedules and resource planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Expediting or a related electrical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project execution, coordination, and customer interface.
• Proven experience collaborating with customers, expediting teams, logistics, and site execution teams.
• Strong project coordination and follow-up skills with a solid understanding of electrical project execution.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and technical document review.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a problem-solving mindset for urgent requirements.
