Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple multi-family construction projects throughout all phases of development and construction
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project support staff
• Establish and maintain accountability for project schedules, budgets, quality standards, safety performance, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with executive leadership, development teams, and preconstruction professionals
• Review project financial performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, municipal agencies, and subcontractors
• Support workforce development, succession planning, and leadership growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive construction management experience
• Leadership oversight of large-scale multi-family construction projects
• Proven success managing complex high-density residential developments (podium, wrap, Type III, and Type V)
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of project delivery methods and contract administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an integrated developer-builder environment
• Affordable housing project experience and familiarity with public financing
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business
