Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client liaison during the pre-sale phase, from initial opportunity through to signed contract
• Identify and maintain relationships with all influencers in the client’s circle of influence
• Develop account strategies to identify upcoming opportunities and align with client business objectives
• Coordinate with internal business development, design, estimating, and project management teams to deliver Feasibility Budget Reports and proposals
• Lead pre-construction client meetings, site visits, and milestone presentations
• Ensure proactive communication regarding project scope, budget, and timelines
• Maintain organized documentation of client communications and requirements in CRM systems
• Support a smooth handoff to the project management team at the start of construction
• Remain a trusted resource for clients throughout the construction process

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client management, project management, or account management within commercial real estate or design-build/construction
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with clients, brokers, and landlords
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop win strategies for projects over $1m
• Solid understanding of project lifecycles, including design and construction phases
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and virtual meeting platforms
• Ability to travel regionally for client meetings and site visits
• Ability to walk active construction sites
