Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a business unit responsible for profit and loss aligned with the company business plan
• Oversee 25+ million in annual revenue volume and manage Senior Project Managers and Project Managers
• Manage all business aspects for multiple concurrent projects to ensure financial targets and quality standards are met
• Actively manage workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff
• Promote positive customer relations with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Accountable for contract management, claims, and dispute resolutions
• Work with Estimating department to review estimates and procurement strategies
• Perform weekly and monthly reviews to ensure adherence to schedules, safety, and profitability
• Drive division profitability through effective project execution and continuous improvement
• Recruit, manage, and develop direct reports including hiring, performance appraisals, and promotions

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in construction project delivery with full P&L responsibility for $25M+ annual revenue
• Extensive electrical construction or specialty contracting experience
• Strong knowledge of estimating, procurement, contract administration, and cost forecasting
• Proven people leadership, mentoring, and talent development capability
• Advanced financial and business acumen for budget control and risk management
• Expertise in safety, quality, and compliance leadership
• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
