Project Execution Lead

Responsibilities

• Support marketers in developing integrated and feasible plans to connect local marketing execution to automated nurture streams
• Organize cadence meetings and share documentation and action points
• Manage marketing execution briefings
• Ensure local stakeholders are informed on progress and resolve issues
• Execute and deploy marketing campaigns within agreed SLAs
• Use reporting to provide specific views and information to stakeholders
• Review campaign performance dashboards to understand engine performance and lead stage conversions
• Act as a local champion on global commercial marketing engines, tools, and services
• Educate local stakeholders on modern marketing services and tool capabilities
• Ensure communication flow between the team and other VML and Microsoft stakeholders

Requirements

• Ideally completed studies in a marketing-related field
• Broad understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, tactics, and channels
• 5+ years of experience in execution of marketing-related initiatives
• Proven process and project management skills
• Experience in account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English
• Fluent Dutch
