Project Execution Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with various project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting to meet project objectives
• Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Aramco
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Monitor and report on project performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing conditions
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and archived for future reference

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of extensive experience in project execution within the EPC sector
• Specific experience in projects for Aramco
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMP preferred)
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Familiarity with HSSE regulations in the industrial sector
