Project Estimator

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end quotation process including scoping, estimating, and proposals
• Monitor and optimize the estimating workflow and processes
• Maintain organized records of quotes, bid documents, and correspondence
• Address and communicate revisions required during the estimating process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors
• Hand won jobs over to Project Managers

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant electrical estimating experience
• Ability to read electrical one-line diagrams and project specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field
• Familiarity with HubSpot and BlueBeam
• Familiarity with bidding sites
