Project Equipment Manager

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by ensuring crews comply with all federal, state, and company health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Manage long-term and short-term equipment planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Utilize reliability and failure analysis data to maximize equipment availability and reliability
• Interpret parts and service manuals to ensure proper and timely diagnosis and repairs
• Maintain accurate record-keeping of all daily tasks performed by the maintenance team
• Train and mentor entry-level staff members
• Establish and maintain effective communication between all levels of supervision and management

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Diesel/Automotive Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
• 5+ years of equipment-related experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs and access equipment including tower cranes
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required by project needs
• Ability to work in both office and field environments across various climates and site conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft software
• Knowledge of CAD modeling programs
