About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage design and execution of Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and ELV Services for commercial and residential buildings
- Promote energy efficiency, sustainability, and adherence to LEED and Green building requirements
- Ensure all building services meet HSE requirements and local authority regulations
- Liaise with service engineers, technicians, surveyors, and architectural technologists
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to work order parameters
- Certify contractor works in line with established measurement and payment terms
- Monitor service installation and manage maintenance through to handover
- Complete documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and snag completion
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 7–12 years of experience, preferably in a project management firm
- Experience in commercial and residential base build projects
- Knowledge of NBC codes of practice and installation sequences
