Project Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement engineering projects to increase production efficiencies and adhere to HSE policies.
• Oversee the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, and facility structures.
• Identify appropriate materials, equipment, and services using engineering principles and methodology.
• Ensure work cells are designed to adhere to safety and Company 5S standards.
• Mentor and develop departmental personnel to increase technical capabilities and support manufacturing needs.
• Provide tools and frameworks for personnel to utilize problem-solving techniques for root cause analysis.
• Engage in New Program Development and equipment acquisition to ensure plant standards and optimal maintenance.
• Contribute to site-wide achievement of Safety, Quality, Cost, Deliver, Moral, and Environment objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of related engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.
