Project Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish the project framework for delivering engineering and design services
• Provide cross-discipline coordination and supervision for large or multiple projects
• Direct project execution activities and oversee the creation of discipline deliverables
• Ensure safe, sustainable, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery of all engineering work
• Support business development through proposal support, estimating, and client relationship building
• Manage project scope, cost, and time requirements while coordinating with the Project Management Team
• Drive innovative solutions and technical excellence through the use of local and global standards
• Monitor and manage project changes, staffing requirements, and inter-discipline quality

Requirements

• Professional engineering license with a local governing body where required by law
• Proven experience in project management, risk management, quality, procurement, or construction
• Strong understanding of cross-discipline work, interfaces, and project sequencing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent coordination skills and experience with integrated, data-centric engineering tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with offshore projects
• Experience with LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) projects
• Background in Power, Cogeneration (Cogen), or Urea projects
• Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project delivery
