Project Engineering Manager - Traction

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to execute traction system projects from conception to deployment
• Ensure high-quality engineering deliverables and adhere to strict project timelines and commitments
• Manage high voltage application projects, including cost management and risk mitigation strategies
• Optimize system performance and reliability through deep expertise in power electronics
• Coordinate efforts across various business units, including design, production, and supply chain
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and inspire team confidence and respect

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics
• 10-15 years of experience in high voltage products design, development, and component specifications
• Proven experience or strong understanding of traction or propulsion systems
• Deep knowledge of power electronics and high voltage applications
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills to manage cross-functional teams
