Project Engineering Manager - Services

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all engineering activities related to post-sales/post-warranty customer support across multiple, multi-site projects
• Act as the primary technical interface with customers on engineering matters
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and internal requirements
• Manage engineering budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Deliver projects on time and in line with quality commitments
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities related to the engineering scope
• Support tendering activities as Technical Bid Leader when required

Requirements

• Engineering degree or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering project management
• Experience in the railway sector, particularly in rolling stock design, modernization, or in-service support
• Proven experience managing complex projects with direct customer interaction
• Strong management, coordination, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the NAM region
