Project Engineering Manager - Services

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all engineering activities related to post-sales/post-warranty customer support across multiple multi-site projects
• Act as the primary technical interlocutor for clients regarding engineering matters
• Ensure deliverables comply with contractual, regulatory, and internal requirements
• Manage engineering budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Ensure project delivery within deadlines and according to quality commitments
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks and opportunities within the engineering scope
• Support tendering activities as the Technical Bid Manager when required

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering project management, ideally in a client-facing context
• Experience in the railway sector (design, modernization, or rolling stock support) is highly appreciated
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with client interfaces
• Strong management, coordination, and transversal leadership skills
• Mandatory proficiency in English
• Availability to travel up to 20% within the NAM region, with occasional travel to Europe
