Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) Traction

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the engineering core team, including Power, Mechanical, RAMS, Validation, and Software disciplines.
• Develop and implement the Engineering Management Plan while monitoring performance and managing risks.
• Deliver Engineering Work Packages ensuring all Quality, Cost, and Deadline (QCD) commitments are met.
• Represent the engineering department to internal customers, providing progress updates and managing technical discussions.
• Manage resource and workload planning, including anticipating staffing needs and resolving capacity challenges.
• Lead design reviews and manage product modifications to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Engineering degree from a recognized institution.
• Solid knowledge of technical project management tasks and methodologies.
• Proven experience in budget, timeline, and financial metric management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in demanding, high-stakes environments.
