Project Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals to determine time frames, funding limitations, and staffing requirements
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure progress stays on schedule and within budget
• Prepare project reports for management and clients
• Provide technical advice to project personnel and resolve technical problems
• Coordinate project activities with government regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7–10 years of related experience (or 15 years with an Associate’s degree)
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• On-site presence required in LaFargeville, Vernon, or Arkport, NY

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the food, beverage, or related manufacturing industry
• Basic knowledge of process controls and automation systems
