Project Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage and update machinery inventory, ensuring SAP and technical library information is current
• Administer maintenance vendors, including documentation, onboarding, contracts, and operational follow-up
• Support bidding processes for projects, spare parts, and consumables, and manage purchase orders
• Assist in the control and administration of the department budget
• Monitor performance through result reports (SLAs) and Power BI dashboards

Requirements

• Active student in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics, etc.), Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields
• Intermediate to advanced conversational English
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
• Analytical, proactive, and creative mindset
• Experience with manufacturing processes or international environments is a plus
