Project Engineering Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end engineering and project activities in API manufacturing facilities
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines within CAPEX budgets and quality standards
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely implementation
• Prepare and evaluate CAPEX proposals for new equipment, utility modifications, and plant expansion
• Prepare and review engineering documents including PFD, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and GA drawings
• Create and update AutoCAD drawings for project-related modifications
• Maintain project documentation such as URS, DQ, FAT/SAT reports, and commissioning protocols
• Support compliance with GMP, cGMP, and audit requirements
• Provide engineering support during equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering (mandatory)
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in API Bulk Drug, Chemical, or Engineering Projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of project engineering and equipment installation
• Understanding of CAPEX & OPEX planning
• Knowledge of cGMP, process safety, and regulatory guidelines
