Project Engineering & Execution Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes and project administration, including POs, item requirements, and vendor management
• Create and control project budgets and forecasts, including margin analysis
• Verify and settle invoices and payments (P2P, AAP)
• Monitor order fulfillment, deliveries, and project schedules
• Prepare financial and project reports, such as POC and OnePager
• Support project closures and settlements with subcontractors
• Manage project documentation and operating systems, including timesheets and ticketing
• Coordinate logistics, procurement, project equipment, and health and safety training
• Handle administrative and HR processes, including fleet management, training, and leave requests
• Provide operational support to the department and organize office work

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Administration or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Valid Category B driving license
• Proficiency in MS Office, with very strong skills in MS Excel
• High level of independence and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
