Project Engineering Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of engineering work packages ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage dependencies, actions, and delivery risks
• Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery performance
• Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
• Support bid, change, and growth activities including estimating and solution development

Requirements

• Engineering project, delivery, or work package management experience in a complex technical environment
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Knowledge of risk and opportunity management and delivery governance
• Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Naval, or highly regulated sectors
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or relevant technical military background
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain SC clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Systems, Software, Hardware, or Electronics Engineering
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Jira, DOORS, or Confluence
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies
• Experience with radar, communications, mission systems, or underwater systems
