Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute relevant projects for the ресурce circulation agency (government unit)
• Establish management systems for project execution and provide guidance to vendors
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant units to understand requirements and complete necessary tasks

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering project management or consulting experience
• Experience with government-commissioned projects is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data statistical analysis, report writing, and document formatting
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assisting with SME guidance projects for the Ministry of Environment or Ministry of Economic Affairs
• Experience helping vendors apply for government certifications or subsidy programs
• Project experience in water, waste treatment, or renewable energy industries
