Responsibilities

• Execute government-commissioned project plans
• Conduct research on domestic and international regulations, literature, and data regarding soil and groundwater quality, pollution investigation, remediation, and emerging contaminants
• Perform statistical data analysis and propose strategic recommendation plans
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant government agencies and stakeholders to meet project requirements

Requirements

• Familiarity with the characteristics of organic or inorganic pollutants in environmental media such as soil, groundwater, or sediment
• Proficiency in computer documentation and Excel statistical analysis
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using GIS software
• Familiarity with toxicological or ecotoxicological testing or computational toxicology tools
• Ability to interpret toxicological/ecotoxicological data or expertise in risk assessment
