About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage construction tasks including submittal and RFI processes
- Review subcontractor authorizations and perform bid normalization
- Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking
- Manage change orders, punch-lists, and quantity take-offs
- Review contractor monthly pay applications and track cost savings
- Coordinate meetings, transcribe minutes, and drive action items to closure
- Maintain project schedules and ensure compliance with document controls
- Administer project closeout and turnover documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Construction Project Engineer or similar
- Experience assisting or supervising construction projects
- Knowledge of CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP construction
- Proficiency with MS Projects and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Valid US passport with no visa restrictions
Preferred Qualifications
- Ground-up public sector construction, Commercial Real Estate, or TI experience
- DSA experience
- Membership in relevant professional organizations
