About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects across the site
- Monitor project schedules, actions, and deliverables
- Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and status updates
- Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with QHSE policies
- Coordinate contractor activities, site access, and permit-to-work processes
- Maintain accurate project records and support change control processes
Requirements
- Experience supporting engineering, construction, facilities, or capital projects
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Understanding of contractor management and health & safety processes
- Experience managing project documentation and financial administration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering
- Qualification in Project Management
- First Aid training
- IOSH Managing Safely in Construction
- Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) or Design Stage (PSDS)
