Project Engineer TCE/EPC

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor technical, financial, and contractual aspects of assigned industrial EPC/EPCM projects
• Establish and track project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure deadline and budget compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables during the design phase and construction phase
• Propose technical and corrective solutions to resolve project bottlenecks
• Lead progress meetings and provide regular reporting to Project Management
• Ensure all project activities comply with the group's QHSE standards

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (BAC+5) or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in EPC project management
• Experience managing large-scale projects (up to 100,000 study hours) in process industries
• Core expertise in General Installation and Piping
• Proficiency in EPC project management (Design, Construction, Commissioning)
• Fluent English with experience in international and multicultural environments
• Mastery of project planning methodologies (S-curves, risk analysis, PERT, decision trees)
