Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic projects within the TFS courier and TFS On-demand space
• Identify, develop, and implement new service offerings to meet market demands
• Analyze operational and performance data trends to identify optimization opportunities
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage and streamline the onboarding process for new clients
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement solutions and ensure excellence
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Establish and implement standardized resources and procedures across the network
• Support the development of health and safety plans and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or courier services
• 2+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Experience with data analytics tools and interpreting operational KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel
• Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization tools
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments
• Background in continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with cost analysis and budget management
