Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the progress of basic and detailed design by coordinating various stakeholders and EPC contractors.
• Coordinate and supervise internal project resources, including human and material assets, in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Ensure contractors adhere to contract terms, quality standards, HSE performance, budget constraints, and project schedules.
• Monitor fabrication and construction activities alongside the site team and support the commissioning process through to performance testing.
• Support the client through to the final handover and acceptance of the installation.
• Prepare and distribute essential project documentation, including correspondence, technical notes, and meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Initial professional experience in construction or water treatment sectors.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills, technical rigor, and budgetary awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the Polish language.
• Interest or experience in projects funded by international lenders.
