About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams and collaborate with design teams to develop innovative product concepts
  • Investigate, design, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Support process handover from development to production
  • Work closely with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams
  • Provide process validation support internally and with external vendors
  • Perform hands-on machine programming and prototyping
  • Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
  • Develop and qualify new test equipment and methods
  • Participate in technical and professional development training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Digital, BIS, or Project Management
  • Graduation date between June 2024 and September 2026
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product/process design
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and understand GD&T
  • High level of PC skills and attention to detail

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
