Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee and refine project plans using Oracle P6 Scheduling Software
• Ensure project milestones and objectives are met
• Lead collaborative efforts with project teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Power BI for reporting and data analysis
• Manage project documentation and stakeholder relationships
• Lead budgeting and cost management using Excel and Viewpoint Vista ERP
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and design specifications using AutoCAD or MicroStation
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks
• Lead, mentor, and develop project team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in heavy-highway or heavy-civil construction projects
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle P6, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in outdoor construction environments
