Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and controlling project execution to meet client requirements, time, and cost constraints.
• Support technical and management topics including internal/external interface management and contractual document review.
• Manage project reporting, data analysis, and the preparation of project activities planning.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and various project departments including engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Develop and manage project documentation such as the Project Execution Plan (PEP), Risk Management Plan, and Project Record Books (PRB).
• Oversee risk assessment activities and maintain the Project Risk Register.
• Manage vendor assistance on-site, including monitoring costs and reviewing intervention schedules.
• Support technical evaluations, purchase requisitions, and the management of change orders or claims.

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language.
• Proven experience in project planning and coordination.
• Strong skills in risk management and the ability to maintain risk registers.
• Experience in interface management (both internal and external).
• Ability to perform technical evaluations related to procurement and engineering.
