Project Engineer Road and Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support project management through planning, administration, and economic follow-up
• Manage costs, risk management, and procurement processes
• Maintain insight into contract content for consulting assignments and contractors
• Handle forecasting and project administration
• Participate in project and construction meetings
• Act as a handover coordinator

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Civil or university engineering degree in construction, civil engineering, or equivalent (minimum 3 years of full-time study)
• Minimum 18 months of experience in project work (e.g., project engineer) within the construction or civil engineering industry within the last 5 years
• Minimum 6 months of documented experience in road projects during planning or production phases
• Valid driver's license for passenger cars
• Training in standard agreements ABK09, AB04, and ABT06

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 18 months of experience in economic follow-up on the client side (Trafikverket or similar public client) within the last 6 years
• At least 18 months of continuous practical experience with risk management within the last 6 years
• At least 18 months of experience developing and updating schedules within the last 6 years
• At least 18 months of experience in road or railway projects within the last 6 years
