Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and support transversal projects across teams and functions in Asia
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate project implementation with internal stakeholders
• Analyze existing practices and propose practical, scalable improvement solutions
• Contribute to lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working
• Use data and performance indicators to monitor project impact
• Collaborate on innovation topics including digital tools and AI-related initiatives
• Prepare clear presentations, reports, and updates for management

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, lean management, or process improvement
• Strong affinity for technology, digital tools, and AI
• Solid analytical capabilities and data analysis experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP, SaaS, or comparable digital platforms is a plus
• Experience in consumer goods, quality, inspection, or industrial sectors is an advantage
