Project Engineer Pharma

Responsibilities

• Lead the independent planning of process and supply systems, specifically for new construction projects involving sterile filling and bioconjugation
• Execute optimization and conversion measures for existing plant assets from technical, economic, and EHS perspectives
• Develop concepts and User Requirement Specifications (URS) for new systems and optimization measures
• Ensure the planning and execution of FATs, SATs, and equipment qualifications
• Support production departments with troubleshooting, GMP-compliant deviation handling, CAPA implementation, and change control processes
• Contribute to the digitalization and automation of process plants
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, planners, and external suppliers

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Over 5 years of professional experience in leading, planning, and realizing projects within a pharmaceutical environment
• Strong knowledge of GMP and experience in the pharmaceutical regulatory environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sterile filling, freeze-drying, or bioconjugation processes
• Strong affinity for digital and innovative technologies
