Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution from planning and coordination through to installation and final handover
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality standards
• Identify opportunities to improve project profitability through variation orders
• Ensure strict adherence to Otis Safety Standards (OSS) and implement ISO 9000 quality procedures
• Review site conditions, structural requirements, and technical specifications for lifts and escalators
• Coordinate with civil contractors and clients regarding equipment delivery, installation, and storage
• Monitor construction progress and manage subcontractors to ensure work meets scope, safety, and timeline requirements
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in installation, construction, or project execution
• Proven experience supervising teams and managing subcontractors
• Strong technical knowledge regarding lift and escalator installation works
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards and procedures
• Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience specifically within the lift or escalator industry
