About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement wind certification projects, specifically offshore site-specific design evaluations
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure timely project completion
- Inspect customer factories to witness design implementation, turbine commissioning, and manufacturing/installation
- Perform technical reviews of client and internal documentation
- Conduct offshore project certification activities including surveillance of RNA and support structures
- Evaluate offshore project site conditions according to IEC61400-22 or IECRE OD502
- Manage deliverables and optimize work processes through continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine/Structural Engineering or an equivalent field
- Understanding of wind farm certification schemes such as IEC 61400-22 and IECRE OD 502
- Hands-on experience in project management
- Strong technical aptitude for a fast-paced consultancy environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in steel structure fabrication and welding processes
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
