About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement wind certification projects, specifically offshore site-specific design evaluations
  • Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure timely project completion
  • Inspect customer factories to witness design implementation, turbine commissioning, and manufacturing/installation
  • Perform technical reviews of client and internal documentation
  • Conduct offshore project certification activities including surveillance of RNA and support structures
  • Evaluate offshore project site conditions according to IEC61400-22 or IECRE OD502
  • Manage deliverables and optimize work processes through continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine/Structural Engineering or an equivalent field
  • Understanding of wind farm certification schemes such as IEC 61400-22 and IECRE OD 502
  • Hands-on experience in project management
  • Strong technical aptitude for a fast-paced consultancy environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in steel structure fabrication and welding processes
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
