Project Engineer - NPI

Responsibilities

• Develop and define civil and NPI work packages, including roads, earthworks, drainage, concrete, and buildings
• Prepare scopes of work, technical documentation, BOQs, and tender packages
• Manage the tendering process, including contractor engagement and tender evaluations
• Perform contract administration, including performance monitoring, progress claims, and variations
• Support project controls such as schedule development, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Interface with contractors, consultants, operations, and internal stakeholders
• Support construction execution through site inspections, quality assurance, and safety leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in civil or NPI project delivery, preferably in mining or remote infrastructure
• Proven experience in work package development, tendering, and contract management
• Strong understanding of project controls, including cost, schedule, and risk management
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and contractors

• Experience across various construction execution phases
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication skills
