Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations, third-party engineering, equipment suppliers, and onsite contractors through all phases of capital project execution
• Develop and maintain baseline project schedules in partnership with Project Managers
• Execute purchasing activities and track project-related expenditures
• Partner with process engineers to develop process flow diagrams and design documents
• Author project specifications, subcontractor scopes of work, and RFQ documents
• Provide technical guidance to plant operations and project teams
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, company standards, and policies
• Manage multiple project assignments simultaneously while upholding safety culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
• Proficiency in CAD software for technical drawings
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
