Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform project scheduling and manage revenue, cost, and cash flow
• Manage temporary engineering, permanent design management, and quality control
• Oversee project closeout and administer contracts and subcontracts
• Maintain client relations and assist in operations planning
• Manage a team of field and cost engineers

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or an equivalent field
• 5+ years of experience in construction or engineering (vertical construction preferred)
• 2+ years of experience managing engineers and project subcontractors
• Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed to meet project demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within the building market or vertical construction
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex project financials and cash flow
