Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage project scheduling, including creation, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure timely execution
• Oversee revenue, cost, and cash flow management to meet financial targets
• Provide technical oversight for the design and review of temporary construction structures
• Coordinate permanent design deliverables to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance
• Lead project closeout processes, including final documentation and approvals
• Maintain strong client relations and communication to support project success
• Administer contracts and subcontracts for vendors and subcontractors
• Mentor and develop field and cost engineers to support their professional growth
• Monitor field progress and workforce productivity to ensure performance goals are met

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or an equivalent field
• 5+ years of professional experience in construction or engineering
• Proven experience managing and mentoring engineers
• Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans and specifications
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed based on project locations
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, ethics, and integrity
