About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution and administrative coordination of construction projects.
- Manage a team of field and cost engineers to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress against milestones.
- Oversee project financials, including revenue tracking, cost control, and cash flow forecasting.
- Design and implement temporary works such as scaffolding and shoring to support construction.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure permanent works meet specifications and quality standards.
- Manage the lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts from negotiation through closeout.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients to foster professional relationships.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in construction or engineering.
- 3+ years of experience managing engineers with exposure to cost control and scheduling.
- Proven ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans and specifications.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite and travel as required within the South-Central District.
