Responsibilities
- Perform project scheduling and manage revenue, cost, and cash flow
- Oversee temporary engineering, permanent design management, and quality control
- Manage project closeout and administer contracts and subcontracts
- Maintain client relations and assist in operations planning
- Lead and mentor a team of field and cost engineers
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or an equivalent field
- 5+ years of professional experience in construction or engineering
- Proven experience managing engineers
- Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
