Responsibilities

  • Manage project scheduling, including the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of timelines.
  • Oversee project financials, including revenue, cost, and cash flow management.
  • Provide technical oversight for the design and review of temporary construction structures.
  • Coordinate quality control and verify compliance with all project requirements.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including final documentation and deliverables.
  • Manage contracts and subcontracts for vendors and subcontractors.
  • Mentor and develop field and cost engineers to support their professional growth.
  • Monitor field progress and workforce productivity to ensure performance goals are met.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in construction or engineering.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring engineers.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans and specifications.
  • Ability to travel and relocate as needed based on project locations.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
