Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and the project team
• Administer and monitor compliance with construction contracts
• Coordinate and expedite materials and services for the job site
• Manage project meetings throughout construction and preconstruction phases
• Assist with project budget management, cost projections, and cash flow
• Review and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings
• Manage the RFI and submittal processes, including maintaining logs
• Assist with change management processes and subcontractor proposals
• Process subcontractor payment applications and assist with owner applications
• Support Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs
• Assist with the project close-out and punch list processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of related construction experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and expense control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
