Project Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Manage the introduction and validation of bespoke automated machinery for medical device production
• Create and execute detailed project plans, considering timelines, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication
• Lead the validation strategy for new equipment, including developing new validation tests and executing process equipment validations
• Act as a subject matter expert and technical voice within cross-functional project teams and with external suppliers
• Monitor the impact of project changes on business operations and ensure intended benefits are delivered
• Occasionally visit supplier sites to manage complex capital equipment projects

Requirements

• Minimum of an HNC in an Engineering discipline (degree level preferred)
• Proven experience in Project Engineering, specifically with automated machinery
• Strong technical project management skills
• High level of documentation discipline and technical rigour
• Awareness and understanding of working within regulated environments
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
