Project Engineer I - CCA Propulsion

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute advanced projects within the Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) propulsion team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Strong technical expertise and a foundational understanding of project management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Application of aerospace, mechanical, or related engineering coursework and techniques
• Project management certification (PMP) or similar professional training
• Knowledge of systems engineering or model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
