About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site trade coordination and management
- Coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation
- Interact with field supervision and manage cost and design issues including change orders and RFIs
- Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications
- Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys
- Manage trades and utilize BIM exposure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to relocate as needed
