Responsibilities

• Manage on-site trade coordination and material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation
• Interact with field supervision and manage cost and design issues including change orders and RFIs
• Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications
• Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work
• Oversee trade management and coordination with exposure to BIM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate as needed
