About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of construction projects
- Review project contract conditions and ensure compliance with established costs, budgets, quality, and timelines
- Oversee project execution to meet technical and administrative standards
- Coordinate project activities with availability for weekend work as required by specific projects
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management, specifically within the public sector
- Experience in administrative processes related to public projects
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
- Active membership in the CFIA (Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y de Arquitectos)
- Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Valid B1 Driver's License and possession of a personal vehicle
- Ability to travel to project sites outside the GAM (Gran Área Metropolitana)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bridge assembly/mounting
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Softland
