Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery matches drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Manage daily facility operations, including the supervision of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants, handling service requests, complaints, and escalations
• Supervise technicians, site supervisors, and AMC contractors to ensure SLA/KPI compliance
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, work programs, and regular progress reports
• Monitor operational costs, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate between civil and MEP works and manage the transition from construction to facility operations

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of interior fit-out works, including civil works, partitions, flooring, and joinery
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
• Experience in facility operations and managing post-handover maintenance (DLP)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder management
