About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage capital investment projects related to fixed assets from concept to completion
- Coordinate personnel and funding to meet project objectives while controlling costs
- Ensure compliance with company standards, NQS, HACCP, and OSHA
- Drive efficient operations and Good Hygienic Engineering (NGHE)
- Conduct Value Engineering Analysis and ensure proper asset design
- Define scope and milestones with suppliers using MS Project, SAP-PS, and FMEA
- Deliver projects within cost and timeline and manage asset allocation
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Electrical, etc.)
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in a technical field with a project engineering background
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, Basic AutoCAD, and Visio
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Experience with financial analysis and CAPEX budgeting
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or consumer products industries
- Knowledge of dry powder processing and packaging plants
- Experience with hygienic and sanitary design and 3A standards
- TPM: AM and/or EM Pillar experience
